I asked the community where I should start my car buying journey. Everyone said Kevin Rudolph. I reached out to Kevin, gave him all my wants and needs to see if he could help me before wasting his time. My credit isn't the best. I was trading in my 13 yr old car. Kevin said "I can help you, no problem". I made an appt same day, we sat down, looked over my options and payment comfort level. I test drove a car I was researching. The next day, I drove in with my old car and drove home in my " new to me" car and can not be any happier. I was able to get a lower interest rate and payments buy the time I left. Jess in finance was very thorough with me on everything. We are definitely comfortable with this dealership.

Waited for a very long time to get a truck. Kept settling as I was always told a truck was out of my price range. Finally went and talked with Kevin Rudolph at Royal Buick in Sussex, NJ. He didn't have anything when we first talked, but he promised he would keep in touch. They got in a Ford Ranger with almost no miles and as Kevin promised "the stars aligned". As a buyer, who returned to the Mid-Atlantic Region after being in the New England Region for an extended period of time, I have found my dealership for so many years to come.
