Engle is a second-generation Car Dealer. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Automotive Marketing from Northwood University. Engle worked at the family’s original store in Butler until they purchased Royal Buick GMC in 2001 where he leads as General Manager. Our vision is to build customer relationships into raving fan customers that not only repeat purchase from us but are so happy with their experience they can’t help but refer their friends to share the experience. He leads the team by holding us accountable to 5 core values. Mark is a family man that loves sports, watching his kids compete, and catching some other games in the community when he can. He loves golf, and enjoys God’s creation by spending quiet time in the woods. As the General Sales Manager, Rob has the privilege and responsibility of giving our customers an exceptional experience when purchasing a vehicle at Royal Buick GMC, Inc.. This mindset was fostered over 40 years ago when he was first offered an opportunity through a high school work program to work at Royal Pontiac Oldsmobile in Butler, NJ under the leadership of Dave Oostdyk. Now working for the second generation of owners at Royal Buick GMC, Inc. in Sussex, Rob’s goal is to uphold Royal Buick GMC, Inc.’s core values in our sales process by serving our customers with excellence, having integrity, understanding the customer’s perspective, giving the customer a high level of respect and doing it in a humble way. He is a husband, dad of two daughters and a grandfather (Bampa) of three. He and his wife are members of the Green Pond Bible Chapel in Rockaway, NJ and serve in various ministries. 2022 marks Harry’s 40th year in the automotive sales industry, 18 of which have been with the Royal family. Born into the business, his career has ALWAYS been based around serving with integrity and honesty at all times. He enjoys starting his day and ending it, being able to look himself in the mirror knowing he did the best he could have for that day. Alison started her career at Royal Buick GMC, Inc. in 2015 in sales, but she soon discovered that she also thrived in other aspects of the dealership. She is a graduate of Northwood University where she received her Bachelor’s in Automotive Marketing and Management. Alison is also a recipient of GM’s Women’s Retail Network Scholarship, where they recognize women pursuing careers in the automotive industry. She also is a Senior Certified Financial Specialist holding her certification from the Association for Finance and Insurance Professionals. Alison’s dedication to her work is having integrity in all she does, either on the showroom floor or in the finance office. She prides herself in her loyalty and her responsibility to help everyone she meets. Alison lives in Sussex County with her husband, Andy and daughter, Kenna. Alison and her family share a love for the New York Jets and New York Yankees. When she has free time, she enjoys taking trips to the beach, going to country concerts and spending time with friends and family.
Melissa joined the Royal sales team in 2025, but the car business has been part of her life for as long as she can remember. She brings with her over a decade of retail and sales experience, including several years in management roles where she oversaw operations and focused on delivering exceptional customer service for a national retail chain. Her leadership background has equipped her with strong communication skills and a commitment to mentoring others for success. Outside of work, Melissa loves spending time with her husband and their two amazing kids who keep them laughing every day. Whether they’re enjoying the outdoors or cheering on their favorite teams, family time is always a top priority.
Arianna has lived in West Milford, NJ all of her life. She attends Ramapo College and began working at Royal Buick GMC, Inc. in 2018. Arianna is always dedicated to her work but when she can find free time, she enjoys spending it with her many animals, especially her beloved collie named Dusty. During the warmer months, you can usually find Arianna down the shore with friends soaking up the sun on the beach.
Jessica joined the Royal Family in 2015 shortly after buying a new car from Royal Buick GMC, Inc. with her husband, Brian. Jessica has learned many new tasks and is now the New Car Inventory and Digital Marketing Manager. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful children.
Grace has been part of the Royal Buick GMC family since 2012. She has worked as a cashier, inventory specialist, warranty administrator, service advisor, assistant service manager and now in finance. Kevin is a resident of Sussex County and active member of our local community. He has a long history in the automotive field with experience as a technician and as a former private shop owner. Justin joined the Royal Buick GMC, Inc. family in April of 2019. He grew up outside of the farm fields of Lancaster County, PA where he worked for his family owned lawnmower company. Justin met his wife Brooke while attending East Stroudsburg University and moved to her childhood area Wantage, NJ. He loves the outdoors especially fishing, skiing, biking and taking his golden doodle on hikes. Tyler, a Sussex County resident who moved on to pursue higher education at Centenary University, graduated with high honors with her Bachelor of Arts (2015) and majored in Acting and Journalism Communication. Her career in sales started young as she acquired her first Optical Sales job as a way of means throughout college. She later moved on to Sales Management within the Optical Industry in Bergen County and is thrilled to be getting back to her hometown roots starting her career in Sales here at Royal Buick GMC, Inc.. Tyler takes pride in her excellence at ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and dedicates herself to providing an attentive and relaxed sales experience. Ian joined the Royal team in 2021. He has recently moved to Lake Hopatcong after spending many summers growing up in NJ. Austin joined the Royal team in 2024 and quickly became an integral part of the dealership. His passion for cars began as a child, working alongside his dad on his cherished ’74 Camaro, fueling his enthusiasm for the automotive world.

Olivia was born and raised in Sussex County and joined the Royal family in 2024 as a sales assistant. Her passion for cars began when she was just a kid, always helping her dad fix his trucks. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and being outside.
Jess joined the Royal Family in 2020. She comes from a guest services background with 10 years of experience and enjoys helping others! She understands that your time, desires and opinions are valuable and important during the car buying process. Jess always shows our customers the utmost respect while working through each situation with an amazing attention to detail. She has lived in Sussex County all her life and when she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and children enjoying the outdoors. They enjoy hiking, skiing, fishing, and golfing. Carla has worked in customer service since she was 17. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has been a member of the local fire department for 11 years. She also recently discovered a liking for hand knitting.
Tyler was raised in Sussex County and joined the Royal team in 2024. He is a gamer at heart and loves to socialize. Some of his hobbies include video editing and recording, gaming, online content creation, platform growth, and exploring videography and photography. Tyler is passionate about blending creativity with productivity and is always excited to learn new skills that enhance both his personal and professional life.
Part of the Royal family since 2025, Charity enjoys learning new things and connecting with amazing people every day. She’s also a Criminal Justice student at SCCC, passionate about building a future where she can help and protect others. In addition to her studies and job, she proudly serves as a firefighter—an experience that has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. While she loves staying busy, she also makes the most of her free time by spending it with friends and family, going on adventures, sharing laughs, and creating lasting memories.
Joel (prounounced JO-el) graduated from Paramus Catholic High School in 2020. After high school, he took classes at Sussex Community and ASA in Miami where he played football. He’s currently finishing his Associates at Sussex County working toward a degree in Business. Playing and watching sports (Denver is his team!) and spending time with friends and family are what occupies his free time. He aims to be open and welcoming to his future customers.
Andres began working at Royal over 10 years ago. He began in our detail department and ended up in charge. He eventually turned that over to his nephew and is now serving by organizing our lot…. a big job with our expanded parking lots. In his spare time, Andres enjoys watching soccer and playing golf.
Caitlin is an accounting student at Sussex County Community College who absolutely loves helping and meeting new people. While balancing college and work, she enjoys challenging herself to learn new skills and tackle fresh challenges every day. When she’s not working, you can find her outdoors snowboarding, hiking, or spending quality time with her animals. Caitlin always gives her all in everything she does and is super excited to be part of our team.
Danae joined the Royal Team in 2025 after earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Liberty University. Her degree developed a strong foundation in strategic communication and brand development. She brings a thoughtful and customer-focused approach to her role. Danae is passionate about serving others with excellence and takes pride in building genuine relationships with each customer she meets. Her goal is to make every interaction not just helpful, but memorable. Outside of work, Danae enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active playing sports, and exploring her love for cooking.
Laney is working towards her Business Management degree at James Madison University. She brings a thoughtful, team-oriented mindset to every role. Known for her reliability and positive energy, Laney enjoys helping others, learning new skills, and building genuine connections. Outside of work, she recharges by spending time with friends and family and loves going out to eat and attending sporting events.
Kerry is a passionate and hardworking individual with a background in customer service and hospitality. She is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to foster genuine connections with others. Outside of work, Kerry thrives in the vibrant atmosphere of live concerts and finds joy in watching her favorite artists perform. Andrew has been a member of the Royal Buick GMC, Inc. team since 2003 with experience in both our sales and service departments. In 2019, he took the helm in our Service Department. As a recurring “Mark of Excellence” award winner, he believes in building close relationships with our guests to ensure a customer experience with excellence and integrity. In his free time he enjoys golfing, slow cooked BBQ and visiting breweries and wineries. Most of all, he values quality time with his wife and two young daughters.
Mike has been a resident of West Milford his entire life. He joined the team at Royal Buick GMC, Inc. in 2019. In his free time he enjoys anything the outdoors has to offer like fishing, hiking, shooting, and blacksmithing. Mike is a certified Gunsmith and has been in the service industry since 2013. He has a passion for helping customers and creating a friendly environment for everyone who walks through the door. Kane was born and raised in Putnam Valley, New York but has resided in Sussex County since 2021. He has been involved in the automotive industry, serving in a variety of roles, since 2019. Kane, and his wife of almost 10 years, share three smart and athletic sons. When he isn’t working, he enjoys time with his family, in particular hiking. Kane’s family has a goal of completing each and every trail in the county. He is competitive by nature and takes pride in training and participating in strongman events as well as long distance Spartan races.
Tom resides in Sparrow Bush, NY with his wife, son and dogs. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting, and riding quads. Tom likes quality time with his family during his down time. He is eager to help customers with their automotive needs with a smile.
Jack was born and raised in Oak Ridge, NJ, and attended Liberty University where he acquired his Bachelor’s degree in Business. While at Liberty, Jack worked on a Black Angus beef farm, fixing equipment and driving tractors. He has worked at Royal since 2018, starting as a technician and now in Service and Parts. In his free time, Jack likes to read and spend time with friends.
Maggie joined the Royal Buick GMC, Inc. service team in 2022. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is admirably bilingual. She was a member of the United States Army for five years after high school. She has experience in the auto industry and wants you to know she will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. In her free time, she loves to hang around the fire pit with her husband, their two kids and their French Bulldog name Max.
Nicolette joined the team in 2023. When she’s not working, she spends her free time hiking, cooking, and going to concerts. She loves to spend time with her pitbull named Axel by taking him on car rides around the neighborhood.
Eric became a part of the Royal family in the fall of 2018. He is a Tampa, Florida native and has had a love for cars his entire life. He is an avid off-roader and can often be found rock crawling over trails with his Jeep or RC cars along with his family. Stacey has lived in Sussex County for over 20 years. She’s been a devoted Royal Buick GMC, Inc. employee since 2001, and remains just as passionate about her job as she was the day she started. Stacey originally worked as a cashier until she worked her way up to Office Manager, which is her current position. She is always eager to help customers and employees with anything they need and considers Royal Buick GMC, Inc. to be her second family. When Stacey isn’t working hard at Royal Buick GMC, Inc., she enjoys spending time at home with her two young children, Grady and Phoebe. She also likes doing anything outdoors with her husband Matt.
Kim has lived in Sussex County most of her life and is happy to call Augusta home. She began her career at Royal Buick GMC, Inc. as a cashier in 2011 and is now in the office making sure things run smoothly and efficiently. She enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband, Lou who owns a local landscaping company.
While originally from Poland, Mrs. Stalter moved to the United States at a very young age. She has lived and worked in NJ most of her life. Married in 2014, she and her husband welcomed 2 beautiful boys to their family, and moved up to Sussex County shortly after. “Family is everything. Everything I am, I do, is for them”.
Martina is a dedicated and compassionate individual, who has spent the past decade raising and homeschooling her two wonderful boys. Now, she is excited to reenter the workforce, bringing a wealth of experience and a positive attitude. Martina has a strong background in customer service, where she is known for her reliability, professionalism, and friendly demeanor.
In her spare time, Martina loves to explore nature with her family, including her husband, two boys, and their beloved dog. She is also an avid crocheter and enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of live concerts.
