I am not a fan of the car buying process at all but Royal gmc and Kevin Rudolph and the entire team there have figured out how to make the process so simple and smooth. They are more like family and friends when you go there. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to the dealership for the best car buying experience.

After asking what brought me in, they quickly connected me with Olivia in sales. Olivia was amazing to work with. She was professional, friendly, asked the right questions, and most importantly, listened to what I was looking for. At no point did I feel pressured into looking at something else or making additional purchases. I told her what I wanted, and she stuck with it throughout the entire process. The service tech's and mechanic's always go out of their way to make your appointments go as smooth as possible. I had some issues with my truck. They got everything covered by warranty, provided me with a loaner for the night and had my truck back to me early the next day. Royal has done my service for years and I have always been happy with my service.

I had a recall for my GMC Sierra AT4 and I was incredibly impressed with the entire process. It was incredibly easy and everyone at Royal was kind and professional. I was in and out in 45 minutes.
